The Church today seems to shy away from talking about money. But is this right? Is this wise? The Bible has much to say about money. Perhaps the Church has failed to help its members understand the importance of handling money in a responsible manner, especially in respect to giving. Properly understood, all a believer has and all they are comes from God’s gracious hand. And he/she is expected to be a wise and responsible steward over all that God has entrusted to them. These three messages will highlight nine principles that the Apostle Paul lays out in his letter to the Corinthians that relate to giving – principles that will help the follower of Jesus to determine their course of action in the area of giving.
