A family discount of 5% off the total tuition is granted when more than one child from a family is enrolled at Knollwood.
Tuition is based on a yearly fee divided by 9 months, regardless of how many school days are in a month.
Enrollment Cutoff Dates
3 year olds: must be 3 by September 30 of the year they enter preschool
4 year olds: must be 4 by September 30 of the year they enter preschool
All children must be completely toilet trained and must meet prescribed health and immunization requirements for enrollment and continued participation.
Registration Fee
A non refundable/non transferable registration fee is due at the time of application. This is one fee charged per family. If a child is placed on the waiting list and is not enrolled, the registration fee will be refunded. This fee covers all administration costs for enrollment.
Activity Fee
A one time activity fee of $125 is required for each student. The activity fee covers classroom materials, special activities, school bags, in house field trips, special themed days and so much more.
Required Documentation
As required by the Commonwealth of Virginia, NEW FAMILIES ONLY must submit:
*VA School Entrance Health Form - completed and signed by both you and your doctor, including immunizations. You may download a copy of the official form by clicking here.
*Your child’s original or certified copy birth certificate or passport. We will make a copy of the certificate and return the original to you immediately. We must verify that the original certificate was presented.
Lunch Bunch & Enrichment Classes
Lunch Bunch is an optional program designed to extend the day.
- Offered daily from 12:15-1:15
- Lunch and play time with school friends
- $10.00 per day
Enrichment classes are offered to 4 year olds, who are interested in topic specific classes for a nominal fee. The classes are from 1:15-2:15.
