Membership at Knollwood Community Church

Knollwood Community Church is a growing body of Christ-followers with its facilities located on Burke Centre Parkway surrounded by thousands of homes in the middle of 1700 acres known as the Burke Conservancy.

We are thrilled to be an integral part of this community; thus our name- Knollwood Community Church!

We encourage those who have made Knollwood their church home to become members and thereby, take part in reaching this community for Christ as well as encouraging believers to grow in their faith. That’s our vision…“to see lives changed by Jesus Christ”.

What does it mean to a member of Knollwood? It means…

• Identifying with a local body of like-minded believers.
• Belonging to a family of Christ-followers.
• Being supported by other believers.
• The opportunity to use your spiritual gifts.
• Receiving accountability to consistently live for Christ.
• Finding encouragement from trusted spiritual leaders.
• Being able to help shape the direction of the church by voting on such matters as its pastors, elders, annual budget and construction of facilities.

Ok – How do I become a Member?

It’s a straightforward process of filling out a profile application, reviewing several short videos from Pastor Chris about habits we want every member to develop, and reading over the membership
information material (see below). When your application is completed, you will be interviewed by a pastor and then affirmed by the members at the end of Sunday worship service. If you have any questions, please contact our Executive Pastor, David Oakley at david@knoll.org.
