Well, the journey didn't start like we thought it would. As I pen this entry, the 5 of us are sitting in Raleigh-Durham NC airport waiting for a flight to London and then on to Israel.  Our flight last night out of Reagan National was cancelled.  We boarded the plane and sat on the tarmac for over an hour and though the weather in NY JFK was fine the air space was so jammed they weren't letting any other planes to depart due to weather backups elsewhere in the country.  Crazy.  So we got off the plane, called our tour agent and went home for the night.  And started over again today.  Disappointing for sure.  But we hope to meet up with our tour Saturday afternoon Israel time.  Next blog entry - hopefully - from Israel.  Shalom.  Click here to see a pic or two.
