A Valentine’s Day Opportunity
“Celebration of Sadie’s Journey”

A family at the Preschool has a baby girl, named Sadie, who has cancer. Doctors were able to remove some of the tumor and she has had two rounds of chemo. On Valentine’s Day, friends are hosting a “Celebration of Sadie’s Journey” open house at the Ponds Community Center from 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Inova Blood Donor Services will take blood donations for Sadie’s benefit. In addition, there will be a bake sale to benefit Caring Bridge, the web service that carries a blog with updates on Sadie’s health condition.
