Much is made of the apparent contradiction between science and the biblical account of creation. But is the issue really science versus the Bible? John Lennox, Professor of Mathematics at Oxford University, writes: “There is a conflict, a very real one, but it is not really a conflict between science and religion at all…. No, the real conflict is between two diametrically opposed worldviews: naturalism and theism. They inevitable collide.” This message is intended to reinforce the confidence Christians can have in the Bible without putting their mind on the shelf. It also suggests the consequences, the implications, if the Biblical view of God as Creator is rejected.
