The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the distinguishing mark of Christianity. But what exactly did it accomplish? What is the significance of what happened that first Easter morning. The resurrection certified three things: that Jesus’ death was sufficient, that his death was acceptable, and that our death is not final. He is risen; he is risen indeed!
