Israel has already faced numerous enemies: the Egyptian army, hunger and thirst. In this text, there are two more enemies: one is the Amalakites who attacked the Israelites; the other enemy was fatigue and exhaustion that “attacked” Moses. Once again, in these two experiences, we see patterns that apply to the lives of 21st century believers.
