When is the last time you received a word of encouragement?  When is the last time you gave a word of encouragement.  We all need encouragement.  The Apostle Paul wrote a letter to the fledgling church in Thessalonica, a letter of encouragement.  In this opening message from the book of First Thessalonians, the focus in on being encouraged to transformation: change on the inside which is evidenced by actions on the outside.
