Parents! Do you ever struggle with how to teach your kids about God at home? Sure, taking them to church on Sundays is easy enough (when they aren't sick...or playing travel soccer....or visiting Grandma), but family prayer, devotions, or even talking about God when you are at home during the midst of a crazy week....it can sometimes feel impossible. Bringing God into your home can feel like a daunting challenge to parents. Maybe you feel like you don't have enough Bible knowledge. Maybe you feel like your faith isn't strong enough. Maybe you even feel like a hypocrite...trying to teach something to your kids that you struggle with yourself. If any of this resonates with you, then please, come join us on Sunday, April 12th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. for an encouraging, informal workshop for parents about how to "bring the Gospel home." You'll hear some great wisdom and encouragement from some experienced parents who have "been there, and done that" with their kids. Free dinner and childcare are provided, we just need you to RSVP so we have enough of both. Please contact Katie Conaway (Katie@knoll.org or 703-425-2068 x28) for questions, or to RSVP. Hope to see you there!
