Greeter Ministry
The Greeter program at Knollwood is a very important ministry. A greeter is the first person that meets and greets new visitors. They are the "face and first impression" of Knollwood. One theme that certainly reverberates with visitors and new members is how friendly the folks are at Knollwood.
Participation in the Greeter program is also one of the easiest ministries in which to be a part. Greeters serve one Sunday per month -- either at the 9:00 or 10:30 worship hour. Greeters are asked to be available 15 minutes before the service starts and remain greeting until 15 minutes after the service begins. That's only a 30-minute commitment for the whole month.
